iPhone Apps I LOVE


This is my main app. I go to it many times a day to log my food and exercise. I also like to check up on my MFP Pals!
I use this app to map all my runs, it measures distance and pace.

When I go walking I use this app for my pace and distance. 

I plan on using this app for some of my running training!

This one has GREAT healthy recipes and you can get suggestions for different dietary needs.

I can get up to date reliable Nutritional info from this app! You're not a cool Canadian until you have the TimmyMe app!
